Puppies from Select Dachshunds have warmed the hearts of families throughout the United States.
All over the United States
Our kennel is located in Waskom, Texas. Puppy owners have flown or driven from many different states in the United States to get one of our puppies. Many times, we deliver the puppy to a local airport and the puppy flies home in a small carrier under the seat in front of their new owner. Occasionaly, we personally fly a puppy to their new owner. We do not ship our puppies.
About Our puppies
All of our dams and sires are registered, AKC, miniature dachshunds. We can produce several different varieties. You can see many of the different types represented in the pictures that have been posted in our Owners Gallery. We have all colors with smooth coats and long coats. We also have miniature dachshunds with wire coats. English cream miniature dachshunds can be shaded (some black), ee (no black), ee clear (looks white), black & English cream, chocolate & English cream, and red & English cream. We have black & tan miniature dachshunds, blue & tan miniature dachshunds, chocolate & tan miniature dachshunds, and red miniature dachshunds. All of the different colors may also be dappled, brindled, piebald, or a combination thereof.
Chocolate & tan miniature dachshunds usually have emerald green eyes. Some dappled dachshunds have blue eyes. Most miniature dachshunds have big brown eyes that melt your heart.
Fit for all ages & environments
Many of the photos that are posted include children of all ages. Miniature dachshunds love attention and love to play. Watching their antics is better than watching television (no commercials). We receive photos of our puppies sleeping with dogs of other breeds and even with cats. Miniature dachshunds adapt well to their new environments. Their favorite place to sleep is with their owners.
